of doing things. So if you expect to expand your business to other specialties,
Encore will easily respond to these changes. |

import those contacts into Encore? |

Yes, you can. Our
Data Import feature can import delimited files into Encore without
leaving the program. We also allow you to audit the records before you import
themthus preventing incomplete or bad data from making its way
into your database. |

between Encore and products categorized as HRIS (Human Resources Information
Systems) or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)? |

It's the same as
the difference between an x-ray and a photograph. Encore goes beneath the
surface of your data to reveal the hidden relationships that give you
knowledge vital to your business. While HRIS and ATS software offer an
overall picture of your data, they don't get inside the data where the real
