How will Encore adapt to our needs as our business changes?
Like many of our current clients, it's likely that the size and scope of your business will grow soon after implementing Encore. In anticipation of this, we've built Encore using a highly scalable architecture, allowing for a large number of users and even multiple offices.

We've also made Encore flexible: you can encode skills and an array of system choices with your own terminology. Unlike some other recruiting software, Encore doesn't box you into a rigid way of doing things. So if you expect to expand your business to other specialties, Encore will easily respond to these changes.
   
We've brought a new recruiter onboard, and they have a lot of personal contacts in Outlook. Can we import those contacts into Encore?
Yes, you can. Our Data Import feature can import delimited files into Encore without leaving the program. We also allow you to audit the records before you import them—thus preventing incomplete or bad data from making its way into your database.
   
What's the difference between Encore and products categorized as HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)?
It's the same as the difference between an x-ray and a photograph. Encore goes beneath the surface of your data to reveal the hidden relationships that give you knowledge vital to your business. While HRIS and ATS software offer an overall picture of your data, they don't get inside the data where the real value is.
