Encore Recruiting Software tracks people, companies, job searches and
their relationships over time.
When you enter a new person into
Encore, you can link that person to a company (as, say, their current
employer), and you can link that person to a job search (let's suppose they're
interviewing for a position). As illustrated below, that data isn't
isolated. Encore automatically connects the pieces.
Regardless of where you are in Encore, the information you
want is at your fingertips. You can view a person and know who
they work for and what job searches they've been on. You can view a
company and know who works there (or who used to work there). You can
view a job search and know the client, the client contact, and who is
being considered for the position.
Don't worry, we haven't forgotten
about your responsibilities, either. Encore allows you to track your busy
schedule. You can log your phone calls and interviews and any other activity
that matters to you.
"That's why I use my generic contact management
software," you're thinking. "That's all I need."
