11, 2001 — The Cluen Corporation, a leading provider of software

Petersburg, FL based Web applications development firm, announce a partnership
creating powerful technology solutions for today's intensely competitive
recruiting industry. Cluen's Encore Search Management software and NetWise's
custom developed Web applications have forged a solution to two of the problems
facing the recruiting industry today: labor intensive data entry and the need
for real time updated project reports. |

implemented a Web-based candidate entry interface to Cluen's Encore 4.0
database for LAI Compass, the mid-level recruiting arm of LAI worldwide (now
TMP worldwide/parent company of Monster.com). NetWise delivers Web solutions
that are integrated with the Encore 4.0 software being used by recruiting firms
throughout the world. This solution allows the candidate and the recruiting
company to share the same database. NetWise is currently developing a web site
application for a highly respected, Manhattan-based retained search firm that
will allow for candidate data entry and maintenance. |

| Another burdensome administrative
task facing the recruiting industry is communicating the status of recruiting
projects to their clients. Currently, each time a client needs an update on a
project, the recruiting company will either print reports directly from its
existing systems, or manually extract data and retype the data into another
format to present to a client. NetWise Technology has created a solution to
this laborious dilemma through the utilization of its proprietary platform,
ProjectWorkspace. NetWise integrated with Cluen's Encore 4.0 software to create
real-time status reports via a secure extranet application. Recruiting firms
simply assign access to the appropriate searches that client personnel are able
to view. Built-in security features prevent clients from viewing any reports
that they have not been given access to. The solution has dual advantages. The
recruiting firm can continue to manage its search projects using its own
internal database system and the client has real-time access on the status of
any recruiting project that they have been given access to. There is no longer
a need to retype reports and the client can view the status of any report in a
secure environment at any time. This integrated solution has been created and
is currently being piloted by two prominent US-based, search firms with
international operations. |
