Secure file transfer is managed by a third party. For extra security, we suggest password encrypting the file using 7-Zip; you can supply the password separately to your Cluen contact person.

You can transfer any size file (there is no maximum). However, a cancelled/aborted upload cannot be restarted in the middle - you would have to start over. Therefore, if you have a slow upload speed and a lot of data to send, break up your upload with 7-Zip and send it over several stages. 7-zip will name the parts automatically so we can put it back together - do NOT change the filenames or we will not be able to unzip it.

Wait for the upload completion message before closing this tab. If you did not see the completion message, you should assume the transfer failed.
